Happy 2019 to All!
We hope you have all enjoyed a festive season with lots of fellowship, food and family. We all enjoyed just a few days off and are back into full swing for 2019.
We hosted several wonderful Christmas functions in December for local com-munity groups including Red Cross, Australian National Seniors (Armidale Branch); Rotary Central, U3A Singalong Group and Mah Jong Players who are shown here enjoy-ing their dessert.
We anticipate a big year ahead!
As indicated on the front cover we are in the process of updating all our organisational documentation and processes to reflect the changes taking place in the aged care sector and, most importantly, to ensure we are delivering the highest quality service we can. We are due for our next accreditation round later in the year so it’s a great opportunity for us to review all our systems and processes.
It is very important to us that we have your feedback, both good and bad, to allow us to make changes to the service which will benefit both our clients and our volunteers. It is with this aim that we distribute an annual survey to all of you to gather your input and feedback, We will be sending this out to everyone shortly and would appreciate if you have a few minutes to complete the survey and send it back in to us please.
