Enclosed in this newsletter is your annual client survey. It’s not mandatory for you to complete it but it is a great opportunity to have your say!
We value the feedback and even the complaints we receive from our clients, volunteers or other people involved in our service. That’s how we improve!
We have just completed collecting our 2026 Volunteer surveys. We received some great suggestions for some small changes we can make to our systems to help our deliveries be better for you!
If the survey prompts you to consider an issue you haven’t raised with us, please contact the office so we can help find a solution. The survey will take just a few minutes to complete and we would really love to hear from you!
The last newsletter was released just before ANZAC Day, a very special day for many Australians as we pause to reflect. The crafty social seniors at Care For Seniors hand-make poppy wreaths every year and we requested they make two for us for the Uralla and Armidale services, on behalf of Meals on Wheels.
I was proud to place our wreath at the Armidale dawn service and Maryann Munsie at the Uralla memorial service. Many of our clever volunteers and clients also contributed poppies for these wreaths and we look forward to repeating this wonderful team activity in future years. Thanks to Tash and the very wonderful team at Care For Seniors.
